Pricing, VAT, Invoicing & Payments

All prices displayed on this store are final and include standard 20% VAT. No additional taxes or charges will be applied at checkout or on delivery.

Invoices are available upon request and will show VAT in accordance with UK regulations.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully completed at checkout.

Buyer Eligibility

This shop serves UK mainland customers only. Orders must be shipped to a valid UK mainland address.

Orders placed with non-mainland UK addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders where the delivery address is outside the UK mainland or where fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

Product Inspection & Grading

Every device is professionally tested and graded before sale. As these are pre-owned or refurbished items, minor cosmetic marks that do not affect performance may be present. Grading refers to cosmetic condition only and alone is not considered a fault.

Product Condition Definitions

Brand New: Factory sealed in original packaging. Packaging may show minor signs of handling or storage.

Open Box: New item, briefly used for inspection. Supplied in opened original packaging (which may show minor signs of handling or storage) or replacement packaging. The device may show very minor cosmetic marks from handling.

Used: Pre-owned item showing visible signs of cosmetic wear. Fully tested and in working order.

Refurbished: Professionally tested, cleaned and restored to full working condition.

Grade A – Excellent: Minimal to no signs of use.

Grade B – Very Good: Light signs of use.

Grade C – Good: Noticeable signs of use.

Grade D – Fair: Significant signs of use.

Warranty

All products include a 30 day limited warranty from the date of delivery. This covers hardware faults or operational defects only.

Refurbished devices include a 12 month warranty. This is a manufacturer warranty where available, otherwise covered by our Return to Base service.

The warranty does not cover accidental or liquid damage, software issues, or normal wear and tear.

Devices that show evidence of unauthorised repair, modification, or parts replacement will not be eligible for return or warranty service.

Limitation of Liability

CLS Solutions Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including data loss, downtime, or loss of earnings, arising from the use or inability to use a purchased item.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs inspection, natural disasters, or government restrictions. 

Legal

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any disputes or claims shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the UK courts
