Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within the UK mainland only and do not support international shipping or third-party forwarding services.

All orders must be shipped to a valid UK mainland address. Orders placed with non-mainland UK addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery is handled by our courier partners (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS or Royal Mail) and typically takes 1-2 working days from dispatch.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Failed delivery attempts may result in delays, re-delivery charges or the parcel being returned to sender, with any associated costs deducted from the refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect address details or circumstances outside our control.

Please note that warehouse collections are currently not available.
